Focus on Training was formed in 2001 by a core group of training professionals who had previously worked together for seven years. Experience in training and Web/multimedia development enables Focus on Training to provide effective training for companies where traditional methods no longer meet their needs.

Training is custom designed to meet the needs of learners in all types of environments—from smaller clients who may need a consistent new-hire orientation program or machine training to national and international certification training or corporate training programs.

Multiple languages can improve the effectiveness of training programs for employees for whom English is a second language.
